EDINBURG – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) men's soccer team closes out its spring schedule with its annual alumni match on Saturday at 4:30 p.m. at the UTRGV Soccer and Track & Field Complex. 
 
UTRGV has had a good mix of matches with professional teams and collegiate teams. UTRGV has faced RGV FC twice this spring while also facing the Austin Bold FC. They also faced Incarnate Word at home.
 
Now UTRGV will face a team made up of players that were former members of the program. It's a chance for UTRGV to have some fun as they wrap up the spring and it gives the members of the squad a chance to connect with those that came through the program before them.
 
On the reverse side, it's a chance for the alums to take a look at the current state of the program.
 
However this one turns out, it should fun day for current and former members of the program.
