RIO GRANDE VALLEY – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros men's soccer team (2-0-1, 2-0-1 WAC) is set to host the UNLV Rebels (1-1-2, 1-1-2 WAC) in its home opener on Saturday at 12. p.m. at the UTRGV Soccer and Track & Field Complex.
Saturday is also Senior Day and UTRGV will honor
William Akio and
Bryce Box in a pregame ceremony starting at 11:45 a.m.
A limited number of seats are available as UTRGVAthletics is capping capacity at the UTRGVSoccer and Track & Field Complex at 150 fans. Tickets are not required as admission is complimentary and granted on a first-come, first-served basis. UTRGVstudents are asked to sit in the designated student section.
The UTRGVSoccer and Track & Field Complex has capacity for 1,250 spectators. Limiting capacity to 150 allows for proper social distancing among fans, staff and student-athletes.
