RIO GRANDE VALLEY – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Department of Intercollegiate Athletics announced on Wednesday that the men's tennis program is forgoing the remainder of the season due to a limited number of available student-athletes. 
 
The Vaqueros will not play their final two regular season matches and in the Western Athletic Conference Tournament.
 
UTRGV will still host the final WAC cluster of the season, which starts on Friday at the Orville Cox Tennis Center.
 
The schedule for the WAC cluster will now be as follows:
 
Friday
New Mexico State vs. Seattle U – 1 p.m.
 
Saturday
New Mexico State vs. Chicago State – 9 a.m.
Seattle U vs. Grand Canyon – 1 p.m.
