DALLAS & SAN ANTONIO – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros men's tennis team is splitting up this weekend and competing at their last tournaments of the fall season with the Ralston/Neufeld Coaches Challenge, hosted by SMU, and the UIW Invitational, hosted by Incarnate Word (UIW).
 
Ralston/Neufeld Coaches Challenge
 
The Vaqueros are sending graduate student 
Sam Whitehead, juniors 
Ivo Isqueiro and 
Santiago Serrano, and sophomore 
Loic Young Kriegel to the Ralston/Neufeld Coaches Challenge which will run from Friday to Sunday at the Styslinger/Altec Tennis Complex.
 
The Vaqueros will compete against individuals from multiple power conference teams including Baylor, BYU, TCU, SMU, and Texas Tech. In addition, the Vaqueros will also compete against individuals from Harvard, Lubbock Christian, Memphis, Rice, Tulsa, UT Arlington, and UT San Antonio.
 
Matches will start at 9 a.m. Friday and will be streamed through

UIW Invitational
 
The Vaqueros are sending juniors 
Will Roberts and 
Paolo Bonaguro, sophomores 
Michael Chan, 
Francisco Gamez, and 
Eduardo Menezes, and freshman 
Luke Bishop to the UIW Invitational which will run from Friday to Sunday at the Clarence Mabry Tennis Center.
