RIO GRANDE VALLEY – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Department of Intercollegiate Athletics announced an update to basketball game day procedures, all of which can be found at RallyTheValley.com.
 
Included on the RallyTheValley.com is information regarding student ticketing, parking, policies and procedures, updated fieldhouse maps, groups and fan experiences, schedules, and game day coverage.

Student Ticketing
 
All UTRGV students can claim their free ticket to all home men's and women's basketball game through the Student Ticketing Portal on MyUTRGV or at GoUTRGV.com/StudentTickets.
 
To enter the UTRGV Fieldhouse, students must show both their student ID and mobile ticket at the dedicated student entrance, which is accessible through Vaquero Village.
 
Entering and Exiting the UTRGV Fieldhouse
 
UTRGV Athletics is excited to debut the brand new UTRGV Fieldhouse Atrium and Lew Hill Memorial Plaza at women's basketball's home opener against St. Mary's on Monday.
 
Fans will enter through the east side doors, which serve as the new general entrance, in the atrium's northeast corner. From there, fans will be able to experience UTRGV's brand new box office, team store, concession stand, Hall of Fame and Hall of Honor area, and restrooms.
 
Fans that are looking to purchase tickets at the gate will now go to the northeast corner to enter and purchase tickets at the new box office.
 
Doors will open one hour prior to tipoff, and all fans must exit the UTRGV Fieldhouse no more than 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game.
 
Parking
 
Free parking is available in Lot E16, which is located directly east of the UTRGV Fieldhouse.
 
Vaqueros Athletic Fund donors at the MVP Level or above, will receive priority parking at all UTRGV basketball home games. Donor parking is located in Lot E18, directly north of the UTRGV Fieldhouse.
 
Premium Seating
 
Fans with courtside seats or tickets in the all-new baseline club are encouraged to enter through the north side doors, which serve as the new VIP entrance, in the atrium's northeast corner.
 
Fans can join the premium seating waitlist for the Baseline Club and courtside seating at GoUTRGV.com/Baseline.
 
Clear Bag Policy
 
A clear bag policy is in effect to enhance existing security measures and expedite entry into the UTRGV Fieldhouse. Clear bags should be made of plastic, vinyl, or PVC and not exceed 12" x 6" x 12". Any plastic storage bags brought into the venue should be no larger than one gallon and must be both resealable and clear. The complete policy can be found at can be found at RallyTheValley.com.
 
Reentry Policy
 
Fans are permitted to leave the UTRGV Fieldhouse and return during games by presenting their tickets to be scanned upon both exit and reentry. Tickets will then be scanned again upon reentry. Those with student tickets will have to show their digital ticket and UTRGV student ID for reentry.
