RIO GRANDE VALLEY – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros women's basketball team is looking to continue its hot streak as it hosts the Houston Christian (HCU) Huskies Saturday at 2 p.m. at the UTRGV Fieldhouse. 

The Vaqueros (13-13, 8-7 Southland Conference) have won two in a row and three of their last four conference games as they look to move up the standings in the final month of the regular season. The Huskies (6-18, 3-12 SLC) won the first round game between these teams in Houston in January, but they have never won a game in Edinburg in series history. 

Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased at GoUTRGV.com/Tickets. Current UTRGV students get into the game free with their student ID. Fans unable to attend the game can watch domestically via ESPN+ or internationally via Southland International. 

All fans need to follow the clear bag policy and photo policies, among others, details of which can be found here. Fans will need to be mindful of the temporary changes to the Fieldhouse parking, details can be found at GoUTRGV.com/Parking.
