2014 (Redshirt Senior): Indoor – Competed in three meets ... Posted a third place finish in the shot put with a throw of 15.15 meters and a seventh place finish in the weight throw with a mark of 16.21 meters at the Western Athletic Conference Indoor Championships … Finished in third place in the shot put with a mark of 15.74 meters and then posted a fifth place finish in the weight throw with a throw of 16.13 meters at the Red Raider Open … Posted a pair of top-five finishes at the Texas A&M 12-Team Invitational as he finished in third place in the shot put with a mark of 14.50 meters and then a fourth place finish in the weight throw with a throw of 16.65 meters.

Outdoor Season – Competed in 10 meets ... posted a fifth place finish in the shot put at the Western Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships with a throw of 15.04 meters, a 10^th place finish in the hammer throw with a throw of 48.71 meters and a 13^th place finish in the discus with a throw of 38.67 meters … finished in 13^th place in the shot put with a throw of 14.48 meters, 19^th in the discus with a throw of 40.76 meters and 10^th in the hammer throw with a throw of 48.16 meters at the J. Fred Duckett Twilight … posted a 39^th place finish in the discus at the Beach Invitational with a throw of 43.30 meters … finished in 18^th place in the hammer throw with a throw of 46.98 meters, 14^th in the shot put with a throw of 14.05 meters and in 20^th place in the discus at the CSULA Twilight Open with a throw of 40.58 meters … posted a third place finish in the hammer throw at the UIW Cardinal Invite with a throw of 48.99 meters while also finishing in third place in the shot put with a throw of 15.26 meters and in fifth place in the discus with a throw of 43.99 meters … won the shot put at the Islanders Dash with a throw of 14.32 meters while also finishing in fourth place in the hammer throw with a throw of 47.60 meters … posted an eighth place finish in the shot put with a throw of 15.17 meters and also posted a 14^th place finish in the hammer throw at the Bobcat Invitational with a throw of 45.25 meters … finished in 20^th place in the discus at the Bobcat Invitational with a throw of 42.21 meters … posted three top-10 finishes at the Cactus Cup with a third place finish in the shot put with a throw of 15.41 meters, an seventh place finish in the hammer throw with a throw of 45.25 meters and an eighth place finish in the discus with a throw of 42.65 meters … posted a seventh place finish in the hammer throw with a toss of 47.54 meters and eighth in the shot put with a mark of 14.35 meters at the Islanders Open.


2013 (Redshirt Junior): Indoor – Competed in four meets ... Took home the gold medal at the Great West Conference Championship in the weight throw with a throw of 17.27 meters and also finished second in the shot put with a mark of 15.26 meters ... At the Red Raider Open, finished in third after a mark of 17.22 meters and also finished in fifth in the shot put with a toss of 15.00 meters ... Threw the shot put a distance of 14.68 meters at the Howie Ryan Invitational/Mulitis to finish in 13th place and finished eighth in the weight throw with a throw of 17.03 meters ... Finished fifth in the weight throw at the Masked Rider Open with a mark of 15.92 meters and finished in first after a throw of 14.82 meters in the shot put.

Outdoor – Took the silver in the shot put with a throw of 15.77 meters at the Great West Conference Championships while also finishing fifth in the discus throw (41.42 meters) and sixth in the hammer throw (48.86 meters) (5/3-5) ... Won the shot put with a mark of 15.84 meters while finishing second in the hammer throw with a distance of 48.28 meters at the Javelina Twilight Invitational (4/13) ...  Placed third in the shot put with a throw of 15.64 meters while coming in fifth in the discus throw with a mark of 42.65 meters at the Texas State Invitational (4/6) ... Placed third in the shot put with a throw of 15.30 meters, fourth in the hammer throw with a mark of 47.26 meter, and fifth in the discus throw with a distance 43.28 meter at the Cactus Cup (3/16).

2012 (Redshirt Sophomore): Indoor – Competed in three meets … Made career-best weight throw of 15.90 meters to finish fifth at Great West Conference Championship while finishing fourth in shot put with mark of 15.12 meters … Finished second in weight throw at Texas Tech Indoor Open #2 with mark of 14.53 meters.
 
Outdoor – Competed in five meets … Finished fifth in shot put at Great West Conference Championships with a mark of 15.10 meters … Placed eighth in shot put at Texas State Bobcats Classic with throw of 15.52 meters … Recorded best career discus throw at Trinity Alumni Classic with distance of 43.55 meters to finish in fifth while also taking second in the shot put with a 15.01 and ninth in the hammer throw with a 45.44 ... Made longest shot put throw of career at 15.72 meters to finish sixth at Victor Lopez Classic … Finished fifth in shot put and sixth in hammer throw at Cactus Cup with marks of 15.42 meters and 45.07 meters respectively.
 
2011 (Sophomore): Redshirted the season.
 
2010 (Freshman): Indoor – Competed in three meets … finished 23rd in the shot put and 26th in the weight throw at the Houston Invitational … finished 15th in the shot put with a distance of 13.16 meters at the Houston All-Comers meet … had his best finish at the Great West Conference Indoor Championships, where he placed third in the shot put with a distance of 47-11.75 feet.
 
Outdoor – Competed in six meets … opened the outdoor season with three top five finishes at the Cactus Cup, coming in third in the hammer throw, and the shot put, while finishing fourth in the discus …  finished 12th in the hammer throw at the Michael Johnson Invitational with a distance of 42.04 meters … had three top 10 finishes at the Great West Conference Outdoor Championships, where he finished fifth in the hammer throw, eighth in shot put and 10th in discus.
 
Mission High School: Was a three-year letterman in football and track and field … named football’s newcomer of the year in 2006 … helped lead his team to the state playoffs in 2006 and 2009 … in 2006, placed third at the district meet to earn a berth to the state regional meet … made it all the way to state during the 2008 season and finished eighth … crowned district champion in 2009 in the shot put and discus … was a state finalist in 2009 in the shot put and finished with a seventh place performance … was a member of FFA.
 
Off the Track: Son of Jesus and Maria ... has three sisters … majoring in engineering.
