2006 [Junior Season]
The UTPA junior finished with a 1-4 record to go along with a 5.04 earned run average while striking out 38 hitters in 55.1 total innings of action... appeared in 15 games where he started eight of contests... recorded the victory over Texas State (Mar. 21) where he hurled 7.0 innings without surrendering one run on seven hits and sitting down three hitters... pitched 3.2 innings against Sam Houston State (Mar. 5) where he allowed one run on five hits while striking out six hitters... hurled 5.2 innings against nationally-ranked Coastal Carolina where he allowed two runs on nine hits... pitched 3.1 innings against nationally-ranked Texas where he struck out two hitters and while giving up one run on three hits... selected to the Bronc Pride 3.0 Club during the fall semester.

2005 [Sophomore Season]
Linder appeared in 24 games during his sophomore campaign where he earned the start on two occasions... finished the season with a 1-4 record along with one save in 30.2 total innings of action... recorded his only win of the season against nationally-ranked Coastal Carolina (Apr. 1)... recorded the save against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (Mar. 22)... was selected to the UTPA Athletic Director[apos]s Honor Roll for the first time in his career... selected to the Bronc Pride 3.0 Club during both the fall and spring semesters.

2004 [Freshman Season]
Linder recorded a 2-2 record during his freshman season with the Broncs... appeared in 21 games where he recorded a 4.29 earned run average in 42.0 innings of action... recorded his first collegiate victory against Dallas Baptist (Apr. 23).

Rusk High School
Linder was selected as a first team 3A All-Texas State Baseball High School Coaches Association selection during his senior season... recorded a 9-2 record with a 1.13 earned run average during his senior campaign... hurled two no-hitters during his senior season and struck out 135 hitters while surrendering 40 hits in 80.2 innings of action... was a first team all-district selection that season... cited as a second team All-East Texas Baseball selection that season... participated in the Ryan Simmons[apos] All-Star Classic and Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association All-Star Game following his senior season... named to the both the Crockett Baseball Classic and Tri-Cities All-Tournament Teams... received the Rusk Club Baseball Award as well as the E.M. Whitehead Award... chosen as an Academic All-Texas State and Academic All-District award recipient... was a second team all-district selection in football as a senior.

Linder is the son of Terry and Judy Linder... born on January 30, 1985... has one brother - T.J... majoring in accounting.
