Summer 2014 (Medford Rogues, West Coast League): Earned All-Star honors while hitting .224 (32-for-143) and tying for fifth in the league with seven home runs … Also had six doubles, one triple, 33 RBI and 23 runs scored in 42 games … Had more walks (23) than strikeouts (21).

2010-13 (Plainfield South High School): Four-time All-Conference selection, making the first team as a junior, despite not playing in any games due to injury … As a sophomore, hit .391 with 15 doubles, eight home runs and 37 RBI while slugging .730 … Head coach, Phil Bodine, was inducted into the Illinois High School Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame.
