2024 Cross Country (Freshman): Competed at the NCAA Div. I South Central Regional… Finished 75^th at the SLC Championships… Ran an 8K personal best time of 27:23.5 to finish 26^th at the West Side Classic… Was 76^th at the UIW Invitational… Made collegiate debut at the Opener at the Seashore and took 15^th. 

Prior to UTRGV (Weslaco East High School): Davis qualified for the 2023 UIL Class 5A Cross Country State Championship with his team at Weslaco East, capping a solid high school career with an 89^th-place finish. He was a three-time qualifier for the Region IV-5A meet with a best finish of 30^th as a senior. Davis earned two top-10 finishes at the District 32-5A meet during his career, placing fourth in 2022. His senior cross country season also included a 14^th-place finish at the RGVCCCA Meet of Champions in the 5,000-meter Elite race. On the track, Davis was a three-time Area 31/32 qualifier. He was fourth in District 32-5A twice in the 1,600-meter run and once in the 3,200-meter run. As a senior, he finished 10^th in the 1,600-meter run at the RGVCA Meet of Champions. Davis brings personal bests of 16:20 at the 5,000-meter distance, 4:33.37 in the 1,600-meter run, and 10:12.00 in the 3,200-meter run.
