1999-00 (Freshman):
His 78.2 stroke average was the second best on the team... Had 15 rounds in the 70's, the highest total on the team... Finished up his first semester at UTPA by shooting 73 or lower in his final four rounds... Finished second on the team and 37th overall in his first collegiate tournament, the Crown Classic (9/14)... Wrapped up his first semester of play with his first top 10 finish, taking sixth place with a three-round total of 216 (73-73-70) at the UT Pan American Golf Classic (11/9)... Also had his low round of the season at the tournament with a final round 70... Had his first collegiate top-20 finish at the Coca Cola Intercollegiate, taking 18th overall with a 150, including a final round 72 (10/31)... Was second on the team at the Udamon Southwest Classic with a 238 for the three-round tournament (2/22)... Followed that up with a 230 at the Moe O'Brien Memorial Invitational, good for second on the team (3/21)...Was the top finisher on the team at the Border Olympics (4/1).
