Aaron was born and raised in Indiana, officially becoming a Hoosier after graduating from Indiana University in 2006.
His work in strength and conditioning started with the St. Vincent Sports Performance Center in Indianapolis, where he was exposed to the training, nutrition, and treatment of elite professional and Olympic level athletes.
Past personal experience lead the way for his current professional experience with training basketball players of all levels, from grade school through to the NBA and multiple international leagues.
Aaron worked as the Head Sports Performance Coach at the IMPACT Basketball Academy in Sarasota, Florida, for a year and a half before accepting his current position at UTPA.
