Spring 2005
The UTPA freshman competed in five tournaments during the spring season...recorded her first career top 10 finish at the National Minority College Golf Championships where she earned an eighth-place showing...shot a three-round score of 261 at that tournament, which was her second-best score of the season...tied for 30th overall at the National Independent Women's Golf Championships with a tournament tally of 256, including a career-best 80 im the third round...awarded with the State Farm/PGA Minority Collegiate Golf Scholarship...earned Dean's List First Honors for the second consecutive semester with a 4.0 grade point. 

Fall 2005
Uriegas appeared in two tournaments in her first season with the Lady Broncs...Finished 35th overall at the Bronc Classic with a three-round total of 268...competed at the North Texas Women's Classic where she shot a 272 en route to finishing 62nd overall...Finished the season with a 90.0 strokes average, which ranked her sixth on the team...earned Dean's List First Honors during the fall season with a perfect 4.0 grade point average. 

High School
Uriegas was one of the top women's golf talents in the Rio Grande Valley Last year...was named Most Valuable Player in each of her four years at PSJA North High School...named to the first team All-Valley golf team...was a Scholastic Award recipient...guided her team to two district championships...was part of a PSJA North High School squad that qualified for the regional tournament in each of her four years.

Uriegas is the daughter of Alberto and Linda Uriegas...has one brother-Alberto Jr., and three sisters-Christina, Melinda, and Marissa...was born Sept. 19, 1986...majoring in biology/chemisty
