Leon joined UTRGV Athletics as the Development and Corporate Relations Coordinator on June 6, 2024.
Most recently, Leon worked at BMW Group Financial Services as part of the global leader development program, conducting market research, developing campaigns, and researching the impacts of non-standard payees in Seoul, South Korea, Munich, Germany, and Woodcliff Lake, N.J.
Prior to that, Leon served as an operations associate and client advisory for Louis Vuitton, where she analyzed market trends and managed visual marketing to increase both brand loyalty and sales, handled inventory logistics, and helped to coordinate the grand opening of a store in Houston.
Leon served as the ticket operations manager at Bert Ogden Arena and an account executive for the Vipers and Toros from Oct. 2017 through Aug. 2019.
Leon graduated from UTRGV in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication.
