MESA, Ariz. – The fifth-seeded University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) men's tennis team fell 0-4 to top-seeded UMKC in the semifinals of the Western Athletic Conference Tournament on Saturday at the Mesa Tennis Center.
UTRGV (10-13) fell behind after UMKC (12-9) won the doubles point with wins on courts one and two.
In singles, UMKC won on courts six, three and one to put the match away.
Junior
Yehonatan Kaufman and freshman Zane Kohrs were up a set when their matches were stopped once the overall match was clinched.
