RIO GRANDE VALLEY – After wrapping up their tournament schedule, the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros women's golf team is set to host the Texas A&M-Corpus Christi Islanders in a match play event, as part of the South Texas Showdown, presented by Rally Credit Union, starting at 2 p.m. at McAllen Country Club. 


Tournament Format

• Each team will have a five-member lineup. 
• Each hole is worth one point. If both golfers record the same score, then the hole is halved.
