RIO GRANDE VALLEY – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros women's basketball team is hosting the Texas State Bobcats at 2 p.m. Saturday at the UTRGV Fieldhouse and will be holding a food drive to benefit the UTRGV Student Food Pantry. 

Fans can donate six nonperishable food items to receive one ticket for the game between the Vaqueros (3-3, 0-0 Southland Conference) and the Bobcats (2-3, 0-0 Sun Belt). This will be the first game in Edinburg between these squads since 2011. Fans unable to attend the game can watch domestically on ESPN+ and internationally on Southland International. All fans must follow the clear bag and photo policies, among others, in place for the UTRGV Fieldhouse. More information can be found here.
