2011 Season
Indoor – Johnstone competed in two track meets during her freshman indoor season.
Outdoor – Johnstone competed in four outdoor track meets during her first year as part of the Broncs… got ninth in the 800-meter run at the Cactus Cup with a personal-best time of 2:32.82; also at the Cactus Cup, Johnstone ran the 3,000-meter steeplechase for the first time for a fourth place finish and a time of 12:53.04… finished seventh at the Bobcat Invitational in the steeple chase and improved to a time of 12:27.01… placed ninth for the Broncs at the Great West Conference Outdoor Championship with a time of 12:52.01 in the steeplechase.
