2020-24 (Edinburg Vela/Edinburg High School): Coleman was named the District 31-5A MVP and to the district's All-Defensive Team, the RGV Basketball Coaches Association Class 5A MVP and The Monitor’s Utility Player of the Year as a senior in 2023-24... Amassed 1,787 career points in three years at Vela... Scored 258 points as a freshman at Edinburg High... Finished high school with 2,045 points, 1,153 rebounds, 388 steals and 113 blocks... As a senior, scored 761 points and recorded 367 rebounds, 128 steals and 49 blocks... Notched 19 double-doubles and one triple-double in 38 games in 2023-24, scoring 20+ points in 20 games and hitting 30+ points in four games... Totaled 37 double-doubles at Vela... Hit single-game career highs of 38 points, 24 rebounds and 11 steals.
