2024-25 (Senior): Returning for her fourth season with the program... Previously spent 2020-23 at UTRGV with limited playing time due to injuries... Set UTRGV highs with eight points, two blocks, eight rebounds vs. Arlington Baptist (11/23)... Snagged first steal of the season against Incarnate Word (2/13)... Had season-high tying eight rebounds with six points at McNeese (2/20)... Appeared in 25 games.
 
2023-24 (Auburn-Montgomery): Competed in the Gulf South Conference (GSC) at the NCAA Div. II level... Played in 29 games and made 21 starts, averaging 23.1 minutes per game... Scored 139 points, averaging 4.8 points per game as she shot 44% from the field... Was second on the team with 180 rebounds, averaging 6.2 per game, and tabbed 24 blocks and 13 steals... Scored in the double-digits four times and had a double-double against Montevallo with 10 points, 10 rebounds and four steals. 

2022-23 (Sophomore): Played in one game and had one rebound. 

2021-22 (Redshirt Freshman): Played in three games … Made season debut at Kansas (12/1). 

2020-21 (Freshman): Played in 13 games … Made collegiate debut at Texas Tech (11/25) scoring four points and grabbing four rebounds.  

2016-20 (Edinburg High School): Lettered in basketball and track & field … helped her team to four-straight district titles while making the Sweet 16 during her junior season … helped her team post a 129-30 record throughout her high school career … earned First Team All-District and All-Defensive Team honors as a senior while also named to the All-Area Second Team.

Charity Stripe: Daughter of Diana Garcia and Javier Sanchez … Majoring in English with aspirations to become a teacher and coach... Chose to return to UTRGV because of the family atmosphere and the opportunity it gives her to spread knowledge of the game in the Valley.
