2013 (Senior): Made first start of season at TCU, pitching two innings and striking out four (4/3) … Made season-debut at Wichita State, getting an out when an inherited runner was caught stealing (3/9).

2012 (Junior): Struck out career-high 11 batters while pitching eight innings for second complete game in mercy-rule win over NYIT (4/5) … Earned Great West Conference Pitcher of the Week award after pitching complete game two-hitter to beat Texas A&M-Corpus Christi 11-1 (3/20) … Made first start at No. 8 Texas A&M, allowing one run on three hits in 4.2 innings (3/14) … Earned win with two and one-third inning of scoreless relief while striking out six in Broncs debut vs. Southern Utah (2/26).

2010-11 (Clarendon Junior College): As a freshman in 2010, went 4-2 with a 3.75 ERA ... in 17 games, pitched 36 innings, striking out 25 while allowing 23 hits ... appeared in two games as a sophomore in 2011, allowing five earned runs on four hits.  

2006-09 (Uvalde High School): Received three letters in baseball and four in rodeo ... baseball team won district and bi-district championships and were regional finalists in 2007 ... named second-team All-District ... member of FFA.

Off the Diamond: Son of Shawn and Sherri McCasland … Has one brother, Logan, and one sister, Chelsea … Father and sister were on the rodeo team at Southwest Texas Junior College …  Majoring in business.
