High School - Limas was a member of the state qualifying team in cross country during her senior season... earned Newcomer of the Year and Most Dedicated honors for the cross country squad... was a two-time captain for that squad and earned captain laurels for the track and field team as a senior... cited as an Academic All-State Team member... received National Honor Society, Texas Scholar and Honor Roll accolades... graduated in the top two percent of her class.
