2011 Season · Freshman
Competed in all four meets ... finished in 20th place at the UTSA Ricardo Romo/Six Flags Fiesta Texas Classic with a time of 16:10 ... recorded a 30th place finish at the Islander Splash with a time of 29:52 ... posted a time of 33:47.6 at the Chilli Pepper Cross Country Festival for a 186th place finish ... finished in 43rd at the Great West Conference Championship with a time of 27:59.79.

Carrizo Springs High School
Gallegos earned four letters in cross country, four in track and field and two in basketball. Gallegos was selected Second Team All-State in 2008 and 2010. Had a second-place finishes at the 2010 and Region IV Cross Country Championships, came in second place at the 2009 Region IV Track Championships. He qualified to State three times in cross country and one time in track. Gallegos was a three-time District Track Champion in the 3,200-meter run, in which he ran a personal-record time of 9:45 in his high-school career. He was part of the District Runner-Up teams in 2008, 2009 and 2010. Gallegos was also a member the National Honor Society.

Gallegos is the son of Ricardo and Eufenia Gallegos… has one brother –Rodolfo, and two sisters –Klarissa and Klaudia… born September 20, 1992… majoring in kinesiology.
