2014 (Redshirt Senior): Indoor – Competed in four meets ... Posted a fifth place finish in the shot put with a throw of 14.61 meters at the Western Athletic Conference Indoor Championships … Finished in eighth place in the shot put with a throw of 14.07 meters at the Red Raider Open … Posted a ninth place finish a the Masked Rider Open in the weight throw with a throw of 14.36 meters … Finished in 11^th place in the shot put at the Masked Rider Open with a throw of 14.16 meters … Posted a fifth place finish in the shot put with a mark of 14.14 meters at the Texas A&M 12-Team Invitational. 

Outdoor Season – Competed in seven meets ... finished in ninth in the shot put at the Western Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships with a throw of 13.89 meters … posted a 16^th place finish in the shot put at the J. Fred Duckett Twilight with a throw of 14.17 meters … finished in 32^nd place in the shot put at the Beach Invitational with a throw of 13.93 meters … posted a fifth place finish in the shot put at the UIW Cardinal Invite with a throw of 14.62 meters … finished in fourth place in the shot put at the Islanders Dash with a throw of 13.93 meters … posted a 13^th place finish in the shot put at the Bobcat Invitational with a throw of 14.38 meters … finished in eighth place in the shot put at the Cactus Cup with a throw of 14.11 meters. 

2013 (Senior): Redshirted the indoor and outdoor seasons.

2012 (Junior): Indoor – Competed in the three meets … Came in third at Great West Conference Championships with career-best weight throw of 16.62 meters … Set career-high in shot put with throw of 14.82 meters at Texas Tech Indoor Open #2.
 
Outdoor – Competed in the seven meets … Finished eighth in shot put and 13^th in hammer throw at Great West Conference Championships with throws of 14.31 meters and 43.48 meters respectively … had career-best showing in discus throw with mark of 37.24 meters to finish 10^th at Texas State Invitational … Recorded career-best hammer throw with distance of 48.75 meters while coming in 10^th at the Victor Lopez Classic … Best finish of season came in hammer throw at Cactus Cup where he came in fifth with throw of 47.76 meters.
 
2011 (Sophomore): Indoor – Competed in three meets ... finished 21st at the Houston Invitational in the shot put with a throw of 14.09 meters ... finished in 11th place at the UH All-Comers Meet in the shot put with a throw of 14.20 meters ... finished in seventh place finish in the shot put with a toss of 13.94 meters at the Great West Conference Indoor Championships.
 
Outdoor – Opened the season with a second-place finish at the Cactus Cup with a throw of 40 meters in the hammer while placing seventh in the shot put by hitting a mark of 13.92 meters ... finished 12th in the shot put at the Victor Lopez Classic with a throw of 13.64 meters ... finished eighth at the Bobcat Invitational in the shot put with a throw of 13.42 meters while coming in ninth in the hammer throw with a throw of 41.67 meters ... finished in fifth place in the hammer throw at 44.74 meters and eighth in the shot put with a toss of 14.32 meters at the Great West Conference Outdoor Championships.
 
2010 (Freshman): Indoor – Finished in the top 10 twice … placed 10th at the Houston All-Comers Meet in the shot put event with a distance of 13.91 meters … placed eighth in the shot put at the Great West Conference Indoor Championships with a distance of 45.1 feet.
 
Outdoor – Placed second at the Cactus Cup in the hammer throw … threw 45.2 feet in the shot put event at the Rice and Texas Twilight meets, placing him 13th and 14th respectively ... threw a personal best 46 feet in the shot put event at the Great West Conference Outdoor Championships, placing him ninth.
 
Pine Tree High School: Lettered in track and football during his tenure at Pine Tree High School … earned a berth to the state regional meet as a senior with a first place performance at the district meet … placed fifth at regionals … received the Coaches Award for his performances … was a member of the East Texas Track Club.
 
Off the Track: Son of William Bann and Gai Linn Roberts … born November 7, 1990 … has one sister, Sarah, who played soccer ... mother ran track ... father played golf ... grandfather played and ran track … majoring in biology.
