2017 (Freshman): Indoor Season – Competed in two meets … posted best finish of the indoor season at the Cowboys Classic I where finished he finished in 23^rd in the pole vault after clearing a height of 3.70 meters.
 
Outdoor Season – Competed in seven meets … posted five top-10 finishes in the pole vault … finished in eighth place at the Western Athletic Conference Championships after clearing a height of 4.40 meters … finished in seventh place at the Bobcat Classic after clearing a height of 4.10 meters … posted an eighth place finish at the Victor Lopez Classic after clearing a height of 4.25 meters … set a new personal record at the UIW Quadrangle after clearing a height of 4.45 meters to finish in fourth place … posted best finish of the season at the Islander Open where he finished in second place in the pole vault after clearing a height of 4.27 meters.
