2010 season (junior)

Plunk started 10 games for the Broncs his junior season…finished with a 3-3 record with a 5.04 ERA in 50 innings pitched…allowed 48 hits, 35 runs-28 earned, and opponents batted .365 against him…struck out 41 batters and walked 37…ranked third on the team in earned run average, fifth in opposing batting average, tied for third in wins, fourth in inning pitched, third in strike outs, second in games started, and tied for second in pick offs (3).

Vernon Junior College

Plunk was a member of the Vernon Junior College baseball program under the direction of Kevin Lallmann.

MacArthur High School

Plunk earned varsity letters in baseball and football during his prep career...was an All-Region selection...part of the state finalist football team during his senior campaign...member of the FCA and Leadership class.

Off the Diamond

Plunk is the son of Max and Kathy Plunk...born on Sept. 29, 1988...has one brother - Brady...father played football at Wyoming University...brother played baseball at Oklahoma Baptist University...majoring in general studies.
