2010 season (junior)
In his first season wearing the green and orange, Kotchie made 15 appearances starting nine times…finished his junior season with a 4-6 record and a 4.28 ERA in 54.2 innings pitched…allowed 35 hits and 34 runs-26 earned…struck out 68 batters and walked 48…opponents had a .190 batting average against and had one shutout…tied for the team lead in wins, strike outs, opposing batting average and pick offs…second on team in earned run average, third in games started, fourth in hits allowed, and fifth in runs allowed.
Lake Sumter Community College
In his final season at Lake-Sumter, Kotchie finished with the third best ERA on the team (3.70) and a 4-2 record on the mound...pitched a total of 41.2 innings.
Pine Ridge Secondary School
Kotchie was a four-year letterman in baseball for the Pumas...played in the high school all-star team...member of several baseball clubs (Pickering Red Sox, Ontario Prospects, Oshawa Legionnaires, and Brantford Red Sox)...named MVP at the Brantford Tournament in 2007.

Kotchie is the son of Martin and Pam Kotchie...born on March 16, 1989...has one brother - Matt...majoring in kinesiology.
