2023 Outdoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Finished 6th in shot put and 12th in discus with a PR of 44.36 meters at WAC Outdoor Championships ... Was 8th in shot put at the Texas Invitational ... Finished 6th in shot put at the J. Fred Duckett Twilight ... Was 5th in shot put at the Cactus Cup ... Took 7th in shot put at the Charles Austin Classic ... Finished 8th in discus at the UTSA Invitational. 

2023 Indoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Earned bronze in shot put at WAC Indoor Championships with a PR mark of 14.97 meters and was 21st in weight throw ... Was 5th in shot put at the Robert Platt Invitational and took 11th in weight throw with a season-best mark of 15.30 meters. 

Tennessee (2020-2022): Vlk spent her first collegiate season competing in the SEC. She owns personal bests of 14.07 meters in the shot put and 16.83 meters in the weight throw. She was 18^th in weight throw at the SEC Indoor Championships. At Wilson Central High School, Vlk accumulated five state championships, including winning titles in shot put, discus and weight throw in 2019, and was the 2019 New Balance Nationals Outdoor Champion in shot put.
