Looks to contribute this season after red-shirting during the 2000 season... Killian was named a USAA  All-American scholar athlete for his performance in the classroom... Was also named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll last year.

2000 (Junior Season): Red-shirted.

Hill Junior College: Was 7-3 on the mound and helped lead Hill JC to the regional tournament... In 65 innings pitched, Killian struck out 48 and posted an ERA of 4.50.

Santa Fe High School: Killian excelled at both baseball and basketball at Santa Fe High School... On the hardwood, Killian earned two all-district and all-county selections... In baseball, he was an all-district pitcher and outfielder... In his final season at Santa Fe High School, Killian was 5-2 with a 3.00 ERA... Killian struck out 25 batters in 40 innings.

Personal: Killian is the son of Gerald Lynn Killian and Patti Mari Shelton... born on October 12, 1978 in Fort Worth Texas... majoring in electrical engineering.
