In 14 games (three starts), tossed four complete games and three shutouts while striking out 67 in 53.2 innings and scattering 29 hits and 19 walks … During four-year varsity career, earned First Team All-District and All-Area honors at third base, First Team All-District and Second Team All-Area honors as a utility player, First Team All-District and All-Area honors as a pitcher, and Academic All-District honors every year … As a junior, hit .345 (30-for-87) with three doubles, one triple, two home runs, 20 RBI and 17 runs scored … Also went 7-2 with a 0.85 ERA … In 11 games, pitched 66 innings, striking out 69 while allowing 50 hits and 27 walks.
