Jessica Obiedzinski

Jessica Obiedzinski joined the Broncs as an assistant athletic trainer on August 1, 2012.
 
Obiedzinski comes to the Broncs after serving as an assistant athletic trainer for Prairie View A&M during the 2011-12 season. She worked primarily with women’s volleyball, men’s and women’s tennis and men’s and women’s track and field. She also assisted with postseason conditioning for women’s basketball. Besides covering practices and games, Obiedzinski provided rehabilitation and treatment while assisting with scheduling doctor appointments.
 
Prior to that, Obiedzinski was an athletic training intern at Morgan State University, where she worked with all teams during practices and games, served as the liaison to visiting teams and helped to coordinate scheduling and ordering of supplies. She also administered the ImPACT Concussion Management System to student-athletes.
 
Obiedzinski graduated in just three and a half years from Hofstra University, earning a Bachelor of Science in athletic training in December 2009. A member of the Dean’s List and the Hofstra Athletic Training Society, Obiedzinski worked as a student athletic trainer during all seven semesters, working not only with six different Hofstra teams, but two from nearby Molloy College and four from Holy Trinity High School. Obiedzinski also gained experience as a trainer for the New York Jets during the spring of 2009 and the New York Sentinels of the United Football league.
