LAS VEGAS, Nev. – The eighth-seeded University of Texas-Pan American Broncs men's basketball team (9-22, 5-11 WAC) opens up the Western Athletic Conference Tournament with a quarterfinal matchup against the top-seeded Utah Valley University Wolverines (19-10, 13-3 WAC) on Thursday at 2 p.m. at Orleans Arena.
