"Cole is a very mature and intelligent player that we are excited to have entering our program. Cole has solidified himself as one of the best junior college hitters in Arizona and fills a big need for a middle of the order bat in our lineup," Mantrana said. "Cole is a proven impact bat that can hit for average and power. Inserting his bat in the middle of our order next year will lengthen our lineup and provide us with another player in our lineup that opposing pitchers will have to be careful with. Cole is also an outstanding student, high character individual, and possesses all the qualities we look for in a student-athlete."
