EDINBURG – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley Vaqueros men's basketball team (6-16, 2-5 WAC) opens up the second half of the Western Athletic Conference season by playing host to the Utah Valley University Wolverines (9-13, 3-4 WAC) on Thursday at 7 p.m. at the UTRGV Fieldhouse.

It's Academy Sports + Outdoors Night and the first 120 fans will receive a free rally towel. Additionally, all UTRGV Greek organizations are invited to come out and show their pride at this game. The first 200 Greek members to arrive will receive a free "Best Greeks in Texas" t-shirt.

Doors open at 6.

The game will be televised live throughout the state on Time Warner Cable SportsChannel, channel 323. Jonah Goldberg handles the play-by-play announcer while Tony Forina serves as the color commentator.
