RIO GRANDE VALLEY – There are currently at least 10 players who previously played for the UTRGV men's basketball team actively playing professional basketball. Here is an update on how some of them they're doing, courtesy of Eurobasket:
 
Solomon Hainna (2018-19) scored four points with four rebounds in 13 minutes for Cimarrones del Choco against Academia in the Colombian LPB. Hainna is averaging 4.5 points and 3.0 rebounds in two games. 

Shaquille Hines (2012-16) scored eight points with four rebounds for Fraport Skyliners Frankfurt in their opening game against Telekom Baskets in the German BBL.
 
Janari Joesaar (2014-15) opened the season with 18 points and eight rebounds in 18 minutes for Kalev/Cramo in a loss to Khimki.

Julius Allgood (6'8''-F-84) plays for Bancola in Dominican Rep. La Romana L.
Everett Osborne (6'4''-G/F) plays for Bellarine Storm in Australian Local Leagues
