EDINBURG – There are currently at least a dozen players who previously played for the UTRGV men's basketball team actively playing professional basketball. Here is an update on how some of them they're doing, courtesy of
Eurobasket:
Everett Osborne (2014-16) scored 21 points with five rebounds, but
Bellarine Storm fell at Western Port
89-82 in the Big V D1 group. Osborne is averaging 21.7 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game.
Shaquille Hines (2012-16) posted a double-double with 17 points and 11 rebounds, but
Basketball Loewen Braunschweig fell to Bayern Muenchen
87-77 on the road on Sunday. Hines is averaging 8.2 points and 4.6 rebounds per game.
