RIO GRANDE VALLEY – There are currently at least 13 players who previously played for the UTRGV men's basketball team actively playing professional basketball. Here is an update on home some of them are doing, courtesy of Eurobasket:
 
In his team debut, Terry Winn III (2017-19) scored 32 points with nine rebounds to lead Grengewald to a 79-72 victory over Contern in the Luxembourg LBBL on Saturday. Winn started the season with JobStairs Giessen 46ers in the German ProA.
 
Perry Petty (2010-11) scored 26 points with seven rebounds, four assists and three steals to lead his Iranian team, Shahrdari Gorgan to a 75-62 victory over Al Riyadi in the West Asia Super League on Wednesday. Petty is averaging 21.3 points, 6.0 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 1.8 steals in four games.
 
Javon Levi (2017-21) scored 19 points with five rebounds, four assists and si steals to lead Dubrovnik to an 85-68 victory over KK Omis-Cagalj Tours Galeb in the Croatian Prva Liga (second division) on Saturday. Levi is averaging 10.4 points, 4.7 rebounds, 6.2 assist sand 3.7 steals per game.
 
Luis Valera (2008-10) scored 14 points with 12 rebounds and four assists as Guadalajara beat Pinto Basket 76-62 in the Spanish EBA (fourth division) on Saturday. Valera is averaging 13.2 points, 6.1 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game.
 
Lesley Varner II (2016-20) scored 24 points with five rebounds as the Kapfenberg Bulls fell to the Timberwolves 73-59 in the Austrian BSL. Varner is averaging 15.8 points, 4.1 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 12 games. 
 
Jordan Jackson (2017-20) score 20 points with three assists and four steals as Antranik fell to Dynamo 90-70 in the Lebanese LBL. Jackson is averaging 26.0 points, 4.5 rebounds, 5.3 assists and 3.9 steals in eight games.

Shaquille Hines (2012-16) plays for for Medipolis Science City Jena in the German ProA.
Janari Joesaar (2014-15) played for Anwil Wloclawek in Polish EBL earlier this season.
Lew Stallworth (2015-18) plays for Team Trouble in the ABA.
Paul Stoll (2006-08) plays for Hapoel Tel Aviv of Israeli Premier League.
