RIO GRANDE VALLEY – There are currently at least 13 players who previously played for the UTRGV men's basketball team actively playing professional basketball. Here is an update on home some of them are doing, courtesy of Eurobasket:
 
Jordan Jackson (2017-20) scored 23 points with seven rebounds, six assists and two blocks to lead Antranik to an 82-74 victory over NSA in the Lebanese LBL last Friday. Jackson is averaging 25.7 points, 4.8 rebounds, 5.3 assists and 4.0 steals per game.
 
Javon Levi (2017-21) scored 12 points with 10 rebounds, three assists and six steals to lead KK Dubrovnik to a 75-62 victory over Osijek in the Croatian Prva Liga (second division) on Tuesday. Levi is averaging 10.5 points, 5.1 rebounds, 6.0 assists and 3.9 steals per game.
 
Luis Valera (2008-10) scored 21 points to lead Guadalajara past BT Madrid 81-77 in the Spanish EBA (fourth division) on Saturday. Valera is averaging 13.7 points, 5.9 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 14 games.
 
Lesley Varner II (2016-20) scored 12 points as the Kapfenberg Bulls beat UBC St. Poelten 92-46 in the Austrian BSL on Thursday. Varner is averaging 15.1 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game.
 
Shaquille Hines (2012-16) scored 26 points with 13 rebounds and two blocks as Medipolis Science City Jena fell to the Artland Dragons 86-78 in the German ProA. Hines is averaging 12.4 points, 5.9 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 11 games.
 
In his debut for his new team, Mike Adewunmi (2021-22) scored six points in 19 minutes as Kumanovo fell to Euro Nickel 72-63 in the North Macedonian Prva Liga.

Isaiah Fontaine (2018-20) played for Atleticos de San German in Puerto Rican BSN last year.

Perry Petty (2010-11) plays for Shahrdari Gorgan in the West Asia Super League.
Lew Stallworth (2015-18) plays for Team Trouble in the ABA.
Paul Stoll (2006-08) plays for Hapoel Tel Aviv of Israeli Premier League.
Terry Winn III (2017-19) plays for Grengewald in the Luxembourg LBBL.
