RIO GRANDE VALLEY – The next The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) football game, scheduled for Saturday at 5 p.m. against Nicholls at Robert & Janet Vackar Stadium, is now sold out.
 
A limited number of individual tickets were released Friday at 8 a.m. at UTRGVTickets.com and sold out in two hours.

The face value of the tickets sold were at the following price points:
 
Sections 105-107: $50
Sections 103-104, 108-109, 116-118: $35
Sections 101-102, 110-111: $25
Sections 113-115, 119-127: $20
Standing Room Only: $15
 
Individual tickets will go on sale every Friday at 8 a.m. before a Vaqueros football home game at UTRGVTickets.com.
 
Fans who want to guarantee their seats for all home games at Robert & Janet Vackar Stadium in future seasons are encouraged to join the football season tickets wait list at GoUTRGV.com/FootballWaitList.
 
Fan without game tickets are still able to access the H-E-B Tailgate Zone, tailgate lots, and corporate sponsor tailgate area starting at 12 p.m. Saturday.
 
Additionally, fans are invited to be part of the game day crowd during the first episode of Vaqueros Game Day, a College Game Day-style show airing live from Schlotzsky's Vaquero Village in the UTRGV Fieldhouse courtyard from 10-to-11 a.m. on KRGV. The first 200 current UTRGV students in attendance will be treated to free food and two students will be chosen to compete in an on-air contest to win $100, courtesy of Leah Wise Law Firm.
