LUBBOCK – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros women's golf team wrapped up The Red Raider Invitational in 15^th place on Wednesday at The Rawls Course.  
 
The Vaqueros finished with a three-round score of 942 after posting a final round 317. UTRGV finished two shots behind Incarnate Word. 
 
Junior Natalia Rodriguez finished tied for 49^th with a three-round score of 233 after carding a final round 79. Sophomore Miriam Barcalova finished tied for 60^th with a three-round score of 236 after posting a final round 76.
 
Junior Preston Saiz and senior Cristina Galban tied for 66^th with three-round scores of 238 after Saiz posted a final round 87 and Galban carding a final round 77. Sophomore Pitchayapa Pungpho finished tied for 78^th with a three-round score of 246 with a final round 85.
 
Texas Tech won the team title with a three-round score of 876 and Texas Tech's Lauren Zaretsky won the individual title with a three-round score of 213 after a final round 68. 
 
The Vaqueros will be back in action from Oct. 19-21 at the Diamante Intercollegiate at Diamante Country Club.
