2011-12 Season • Senior
Became the 21st Bronc to ever reach the 1,000 points plateau, finishing with 1,103 points, good for 17th most all-time ... earned UTPA Male Student-Athlete of the Year honors ... earned the Great West Conference Defensive Player of the Year award ... earned All-Great West Conference First Team honors ... scored in double-figures in 22 games this season ... scored 18 points on six-of-12 shooting against Houston Baptist (3/3/12) while making five-of-six from the free throw line ... scored a season-high 23 points against Utah Valley allowing him to become the 21st player in school history to reach the 1,000 point plateau, went eight-of-14 from the floor and grabbed six rebounds ... scored 15 points after going five-of-10 from the floor and two-of-three from beyond the arc against NJIT (1/21/12) ... scored 20 points against Army (12/18/11) after going seven-of-13 from the floor and making five-of-six free throws ... went six-of-eight from the floor against Texas A&M International (12/10/11) scoring 22 points and going three-of-three from beyond the arc and seven-of-nine from the free throw line ... scored 20 points against USC-Upstate (11/25/11) on eight-of-14 shooting ... scored 12 points and grabbed eight rebounds against Northwestern (11/13/11) on four-of-nine shooting.

During his third year at UTPA Maree was given the starting nod in 18 of the 27 games he played… had a shooting percentage of .438 and a three point percentage of .315… made more than half of the free throws he attempted (46-67)… averaged three rebounds per game… scored a total of 225 points in the 2010-11 season with an average of 8.3 points per game.

2009-10 Season • Sophomore
Maree played in 32 games for the Broncs earning a start spot 29 times...led the team in scoring with 9.9 points per game while shooting 43% from the floor...shot 84% from the free throw line and 37% from beyond the arc...grabbed 3.7 rebounds and dished out 1.7 assists per game...ranked fourth on team in points, fourth in three-point field goal percentage, second in free throw percentage, third in rebounds per game, fourth in assists per game, and second in blocks...scored in double figures 17 times with a season high 24 points @ Houston Baptist (2-27-10)...grabbed a season high 9 rebounds @ Lamar (11-16-09).

2008-09 Season • Freshman 
Made an impact on the squad as he made his way on the starting lineup in the last 11 contests of the season...concluded his first campaign with the Broncs 5.5 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.3 steals per game...scored a career-high 23 points versus Longwood (Feb. 14, 2009) on a career-high 10-of-12 shooting from the field (.833)...posted five contests with double-digit points...shot 5-for-10 from the field UTSA (Dec. 18) along with a perfect 2-of-2 from the charity stripe...earned his first collegiate start versus Drake (Dec. 5) at the Drake Iowa Realty Tournament and finished 2-for-4 from the field and 3-for-4 from the line...posted six rebounds on two occasions this past season; once against Texas A&M-International (Feb. 4) and the other against North Carolina Central (Feb. 21)...concluded his freshman campaign ranking second amongst the squad in free throw percentage (.700); third in three-point field-goals made (10) and attempted (47) and minutes played (679); fourth in assists (36); fifth in field-goal attempts (131), free throws made (35) and attempted (50), rebounds (64), rebounds per game (2.4) and steals (13); sixth in three-point field-goal percentage (.213) and points per game (5.5); and 10th in field-goal percentage (.397)...earned Dean[apos]s List First Honors for the first time in his career...made the Bronc Pride 3.0 Club for the fall and earned a perfect 4.0 during the spring semester.

High School
Maree was a standout athlete for Cesar Chavez HS...received MVP honors...was awarded Defensive and Offensive accolades...made the First-Team All-District team...recorded a game-high 40 points...during his senior campaign, helped his team to a 28-7 overall record...was part of the Christian Club and was an honor student.
