Indoor – Competed in three meets … Ran 60-meter dash in career-best time of 7.24 seconds to finish sixth at Great West Conference Championships … Ran 55-meter dash in career-best 6.81 seconds in preliminaries of McNeese Jeff Davis Bank Indoor Invite II while finishing 18^th.
 
Outdoor – Competed in two meets … Ran 200-meter dash in career-best 22.64 seconds while finishing 39^th at the Victor Lopez Classic … Ran 100-meter dash in career-best 11.20 seconds while finishing 16^th at the Cactus Cup.

Indoor – posted his best times at the Northwestern Invite where he ran a 10.77 in the 100-meter and a 21.54s in the 200-meter dashes.
 
Outdoor – competed in four meets during the outdoor season while at UT-Arlington … had his best time of 22.04 seconds at the Texas Tech Invitational in the 200-meter dash … ran a season best 7.10s in the 60-meter dash at the Texas A&M Invitational.

Earned four letters in track and three in football while at Edinburg North High School … was a four-time Regional Qualifier … District 31-5A Offensive player of the year as a running back … was a member of the chess team and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
