Indoor – Competed in two meets … Finished 18^th in 3,000-meter run at McNeese Jeff Davis Bank Indoor Invite II with time of 9:29.85 … Helped DMR team to sixth place finish while coming in 21^st in mile run at Texas Tech Indoor Open #2 with times of 11:03.76 and 4:47.82 respectively.
 
Outdoor – Competed in one meet … Finished 23^rd in 1,500-meter run with time of 4:18.86 at Cactus Cup.
 
Carrizo Springs High School
Earned four letters in cross country, four in track and field and two in basketball ... was selected Second Team All-State in 2008 and 2010 ...  had a second place finish at the 2010  and Region IV Cross Country Championships ... came in second place at the 2009 Region IV Track Championships ... qualified for State Championships three times in cross country and one time in track ... was a three-time District Track Champion in the 3,200-meter run, in which he ran a personal-record time of 9:45 ... was part of the District Runner-Up teams in 2008, 2009 and 2010 ... member of National Honor Society.

Son of Ricardo and Eufenia Gallegos … born September 20, 1992 … has one brother, Rodolfo, and two sisters, Klarissa and Klaudia … majoring in kinesiology.
