RIO GRANDE VALLEY – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Department of Intercollegiate Athletics announced on Wednesday that fans have now placed deposits for the first 2,500 season tickets in UTRGV football history.
"It's been truly incredible to watch our football program grow over the last 11 months – from hiring our first coaches to seeing so many fans commit to Vaqueros football while we're still 21 months from kickoff," UTRGV Vice President and Director of Athletics
Chasse Conque said. "I was to thank the Valley for their support, and I can't wait to #RallyTheValley together in 2025."
Fans can reserve season tickets with a $25 deposit for the inaugural season of UTRGV football in 2025.
Fans can make their deposits at
GoUTRGV.com/Tickets. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and will be applied toward season ticket purchases.

Travis Bush said. "To have 2,500 season tickets secured close to two years away from our first ball games is phenomenal. I encourage those who haven't put a deposit down to do so because that number will continue to multiply as we get closer to 2025. V's up!"
UTRGV Athletics is still finalizing details regarding ticket prices, but the plan is to offer a variety of price points with season tickets as low as $99 to ensure there is something for everyone.
UTRGV is committed to playing games in both the upper and lower Valley. Seat locations will be determined closer to the start of the inaugural season.
