DALLAS – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros men's golf team finished in 13^th at the Trinity Forest Invitational on Tuesday at Trinity Forest Golf Course.  
 
The Vaqueros posted a final round 304 to finish with a three-round score of 876. UTRGV finished ahead of UT Arlington and UTSA. 
 
Junior Arthit Kruaprayong led the Vaqueros as he finished tied for 37^th with a three-round score of 216 after posting a final round 76. Senior Juan Luis de Bethencourt Duque finished tied for 49^th with a three-round score of 219 as he carded a final round 74. 
 
Sophomore Emilio Gil Leyva finished tied for 52^nd with a three-round score of 220 with a final round 77. Sophomore McAllen Memorial alum Esteban Gonzalez finished tied for 56^th with a three-round score of 221 after posting a final round 77. Junior Luis Limón finished tied for 80^th with a three-round score of 227 after a final round 79. 
 
UNLV won the team title with a three-round score of 830 after posting a final round 280. SMU's Zachary Kingsland won the individual title with a three-round score of 202 with a final round 66. 
 
The Vaqueros will be back in action Oct. 25-26 as they close out the Monterrey Collegiate Classic, hosted by George Washington University, in Monterrey, Mexico.
