COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Sophomore
Manou Meulebeek finished her run at the NCAA Zone "D" Diving Championships, hosted by Texas A&M at the Student Recreation Center Tuesday with a score of 254.55, good for a 39
th place finish in the field of 52 divers.
Meulebeek improved on her performance in last year's zone championships by 55.70. Last year, she finished 57
th out of the field of 58.
Meulebeek's third dive was her best, scoring a meet-high 52.50. She completed the dive, with a difficulty of 3.0, and received several high scores, including two at 6.5.
Meulebeek had a solid day overall, earnings scores of 40 or more on five of her six dives, which included marks of 46.50, 43.20, 42.00, and 41.85.
The conclusion of today's meet also represents the conclusion of the second season for UTRGV Swimming & Diving.
