2025 Outdoor (Senior): Earned All-Conference Third Team honors with the 4x400-meter relay at SLC Outdoor Championships in a third-place finish… Was fourth with the 4x100-meter relay and in the 400-meter dash at SLC Outdoor Championships while also earning a fifth-place finish in the 200-meter dash… Won the 400 at the Trinity Last Chance… Took third with the 4x100 and was 14^th in the 400 at the Texas A&M Alumni Muster… Finished second in the 400 in a season-best time of 54.14 and fourth in the 200 at the J. Fred Duckett Twilight… Was second with the 4x400 and fourth in the 100-meter dash in a PR time of 12.07 at the Cactus Cup… Was fourth in the 400 at the Bobcat Invitational… Opened the season with a win in the 400 at the Charles Austin Classic and was fourth in the 200… 

2025 Indoor (Senior): Earned All-Conference Third Team honors with the 4x400-meter relay at SLC Indoor Championships in a third-place finish… Was fourth in the 400-meter dash in a season-best time of 55.25 and took sixth in the 200-meter dash in a season-best time of 24.55 at SLC Indoor Championships… Was 16^th with the 4x400 and competed in the 200 and 400 at the Jarvis Scott Invite… Finished 24^th in the 400 and ran the 200 at the Stan Scott Invite… Opened the season with a win in the 200 at the LSU Purple Tiger and competed in the 60-meter dash… 

2024 Outdoor (Junior): Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary in the 400-meter dash, finishing 43^rd in the first round… Won gold with the 4x100-meter relay at WAC Outdoor Championships, earning All-WAC First Team and running a program record time of 44.42… Took bronze in the 400, earning All-WAC First Team, sixth with the 4x400-meter relay in a program record time of 3:42.80 and was 11^th in the 200-meter dash at WAC Outdoor Championships… Won the 400 at the J. Fred Duckett Twilight in a PB time of 53.66 and was first with the 4x100 relay and 11^th in the 200… Won the 200, 400 and 4x100 at the Cactus Cup… Was second with the 4x100, sixth in the 400 and 14^th in the 200 at the 44 Farms Team Invitational, running a PB 24.07 in the 200… Took second in the 400, third with the 4x100 and seventh in the 200 at the Texas A&M Invite… Opened the outdoor season at the Kirk Baptiste Spring Break Invitational, taking second with the 4x400, third with the 4x100, ninth in the 100-meter dash and 13^th in the 200. 

2024 Indoor (Junior): Earned bronze and All-WAC First Team honors in the 400-meter dash at WAC Indoor Championships, setting a new program record of 54.62 at the meet; was eighth in the 200-meter dash, running the fourth-fastest time in program history of 24.28 at the meet, and sixth with the 4x400-meter relay in a program-record time of 3:49.24 … Ran a personal-best 7.73 in the 60-meter dash while taking 33^rd in the 200-meter dash and running the 4x400-meter relay at the Jarvis Scott Open … Was fourth in the 400-meter dash and 32^nd in the 200-meter dash at the Robert Platt Invitational … Took 10^th in the 200 and 12^th in the 400 and with the 4x400 relay at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational … Made UTRGV debut at the Arkansas Invitational, taking sixth in the 400-meter dash and 12^th in the 200-meter dash and with the 4x400-meter relay. 

Prior to UTRGV (Claflin University): Adams spent two years competing for Claflin University and brings personal bests of 8.04 in the 60-meter dash, 12.58 in the 100-meter dash, 24.55 in the 200-meter dash, 54.41 in the 400-meter dash and 2:24.96 in the 800-meter run to UTRGV. Adams dominated the 400 dash in the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA), winning gold in the event at the indoor and outdoor conference meets in 2022 and 2023. She qualified for the NCAA Div. II Indoor Track & Field Championships in 2022, finishing 16^th in the preliminary round of the 400 dash. Adams finished fourth in the 200 dash at the ’22 and ’23 CIAA Outdoor Championships and ran the 4x100 and 4x400-meter relays, taking silver in the 4x400 in 2022. At the CIAA Indoor Track & Field Championships, Adams took silver in the 200 dash in 2022 and was fifth in 2023. Adams collected eight top-five finishes in the 400 at regular season meets throughout her Claflin career and was a consistent contributor on relays.
