EDINBURG – When you enter UTRGV Baseball Stadium, you are greeted by a giant welcome banner with a picture of a baseball player swinging a bat.
That player is Logan Landon outfielder
Logan Landon (2014-15), who was selected by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the
10th round of the 2015 MLB Draft.
Landon has participated in major league spring training during each of the last three seasons and has advanced as far as AAA Oklahoma City (Pacific Coast League). Landon is currently playing with AA Tulsa (Texas League) and recently made a trip to Corpus Christi for a road series, at which point we caught up with him.
