Grubert's length from tee to green makes him a welcome addition to the Broncs. Grubert brings a stroke average of 77 and four handicap to the table... Grubert played steady golf throughout the fall and will be counted on to continue his success in the spring. 

Fall 1999: Finished third on the squad with a 77.8 stroke average during the fall... Was second on team at the UTPA Golf Classic with a three-round total of 228, including a second round 73 (11/9)... Posted his first career top-20 finish with a 17th place showing at the Bethune Cookman Coca-Cola Classic (11/1)... Shot a two-round total 149 (76-73), including a second round 73... Had his best three round total at the Tulane Deep South Invitational with a 277 (10/26)... In his first collegiate tournament, the Crown Classic, Grubert led the way with a three-round total of 234 (77-80-77), good for 27th overall (9/14) 

Personal: Todd is the son of Thomas and Judy Grubert and younger brother of UTPA Assistant Coach Toby Grubert... While at Bastrop HS Grubert was coached by Marcus Evans, and received further instruction from Joe Buck.
