2004 TRACK OUTLOOK: Will compete primarily in the 400 meter hurdles.

VAN VLECK HS: Four-time district champion in the 100 meter dash, 110 meter hurdles, 300 meter dash and sprint relay. Was twice regional champ in both the 110 and 300 meter hurdes and qualified for state in both events. Best marks are 10.8 for the 100 meter dash, 14.06 for the 110m hurdles and 39.55 for the 30m hurdles.
